DELIVERY

It takes up to 10 days to produce and craft a jewellery piece at Studio Paula Fabbri. If you have urgency, just send us a message here on the website, at
e-mail: [email protected] or via WhatsApp +55 (11) 94147.1440 to check if we have the piece ready or if there is a possibility to do it before the mentioned deadline.
In the event of any delay in delivery, the responsibility is passed on to the postal service. We suggest consulting the deadline on the website http://www.correios.com.br/
IMPORTANT: The deadline for delivery of the order is considered from the approval by the financial institution.
I still haven't received my order, what do I do?
- Delivery date - Check the expected delivery time of your order - Confirm the data provided for delivery.
- Payment - Make sure your order has already been confirmed for payment.
IMPORTANT: For payments with a credit card, the delivery time will be considered from the confirmation of payment by the credit card operator. When debiting a current account, Studio Paula Fabbri releases the order after confirmation of the payment made by the financial institution.
- Absence of the receiver - 3 delivery attempts are made. Afterwards, if there is no one to receive the product (s), they will return to the studio and you will receive a notification.
Our deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, during business hours (8 am to 6 pm).
In the case of an apartment, check with the concierge to see if the product has been delivered.
- Order refusal - Make sure that the people in charge of receiving the order, such as doormen or other responsible persons, do not refuse to receive it.
- Natural and adverse factors - Delays may occur due to rain and flooding, accidents or strikes in the region where the product should be delivered, making it impossible for the carrier to deliver.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

Studio Paula Fabbri delivers Globally through a partnership with DHL. Our pieces are sent via DHL and continue to be properly packaged, thus guaranteeing the integrity of the product throughout the journey.
All deliveries are insured by DHL and the value is calculated according to the order value. Extra fees regarding your country's customs legislation are not included.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

EXCHANGES

After the return if you want to exchange a product, you can choose a piece of equivalent value or by adding different pieces whose final value is equivalent to the returned product.

The exchange of the product will be carried out within 7 days after receipt of the same in our studio, as long as it is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
All costs arising from the return of the product will be responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

The product can be returned within 7 days of receipt - as long as it is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
If you want to return the product due to misuse, we will not accept a return.

All costs arising from the return of the product will be responsibility of the customer.
According to Art. 49, the consumer can withdraw from the contract, within 7 days from his/her signature or the act of receiving the product or service, whenever the contracting for the supply of products and services takes place outside the commercial establishment, especially by phone or at home.

REFUND

We have available forms of reimbursement:
Credit card reversal or bank transfer.
The method by which the amount will be returned depends on how the payment was made.

Studio Paula Fabbri cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELLRY

Handle jewellery carefully. Be especially careful not to drop them on the floor or hit them against hard surfaces, as this can damage your delicate structures, which are not covered by the warranty. Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, playing sports or other physical activities. Avoid contact with makeup, creams and perfumes.

ON THE OXIDATION OF METALS

Silver and copper in contact with air undergo a chemical phenomenon called oxidation, which can cause a change in the original colour of the jewellery. This colour change does not represent a change in the quality or content of the alloys. It is a natural and superficial alteration, occurring to a greater or lesser extent depending on factors as distinct as the proximity to the sea, the PH of the skin, or the way in which the jewellery is stored.

CLEANING

- To clean matte parts: scrub dry scotch-brite or steel wool in any direction. You can also do this cleaning using neutral detergent, rinsing the part under running water. Finish by drying the jewellery well.
